Job Responsibilities:
⁃ Oversee team of eight employees, including staff scheduling and performance
⁃ Oversee maintenance of storeroom
⁃ Inspection of job site
⁃ Provide inspired leadership for the organization
⁃ Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
⁃ Develop, implement and review operations policies and procedures
⁃ Rewarding and disciplining employees

Qualifications:
– High school diploma
– 2-3 yrs experience in event management
– Able to work late nights & weekends

Warehouse Personnel

Job Responsibilities:
– Maintain storeroom in an orderly and organized manner
– Log inventory going to and returning from job sites
– Ensure inventory is kept clean and in good working order

Wedding Planner

Job Responsibilities:
– Meet with clients to understand and document their vision for the event
– Oversee the execution of events and liaise with vendors to ensure adherence to established timeline
– Plan and arrange all details of events including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, etc.

Qualifications:
⁃ Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field
⁃ Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
⁃ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
⁃ Excellent attention to detail
⁃ Sales and negotiation skills
